When hosting with EcoHosting please note that your POP3 email server can be referenced using the following:

• mail.yourdomain.com (Replace the yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
• Port settings are set to the default of 110. Do not enable SSl or TSL secure conections.
• your username is your complete email address with the @ sign and your domain name (email@yourdomain.com).
• !IMPORTANT! Do not set your email program to check email every minute, you will be blocked from our server. Using the default setting of 5 minutes is recommended.

NOTE: When creating a new account please try to use a strong password by mixing numbers, letters and special characters (!@#$%^&*()).
